When and When do I include an Engraving Message for my order?

We offer engraving services for all of our products. If you would like to add engraving to any order, select the “Add Engraving” option found on the product page, then enter the phrase to be engraved in the Text Area that will pop up after you make the selection. Watches have up to 10 words available for engraving, while sunglasses have 8 characters.

Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?

To make any changes on your order, please contact us as soon as possible. To provide excellent customer service, we begin working on orders soon after they are completed. We try to accommodate every change request, but in circumstances where it has already been shipped, we may not guarantee the changes can be made.

My watch doesn’t fit my wrist. Is there any way to adjust the size?

If you ordered a watch but the strap is too large or small for your wrist, you can take it to your closest jeweller. They should be able to fix it quickly, as it is a simple procedure. If the band is too large, you can attempt to fix it yourself by pushing a small object into the holes on the side of the strap, allowing you to remove the links from the band.

What type of leather is used for watch bands?

As a supplier to quality products, we use genuine soft-style leather for all of our watch bands.

Are the watches waterproof?

All of our watches are water-resistant, meaning they are able to handle everyday water use such as hand washing or being in the rain. However, you should not submerge the watches underwater for extended periods, as it may cause them to malfunction.

What type of movement powers the watches you sell?

All of our watches are equipped with high performance Miyota Quartz Movement designed and manufactured in Japan.

Can I be sure your watch will fit my wrist if they are extra large or small?

Our watches are easily adjustable to fit all wrists. Leather watches are able to be made smaller/larger by simply poking an additional hole in the strap with a pin. For link watches, you can quickly remove or add links. If you have any additional needs, you can consult a jeweller, who can adjust the watches quickly at an affordable price. Do you offer any discounts or deals if I am buying several watches for special events such as weddings? We are happy to provide discounts for everything from groomsman gifts to bachelor parties! What is the size range of your watches?

The smallest watch size that we offer is 7 inches and the largest is 8 3/4 . If you require additional links, we can provide extras for just $10.

What is the diameter of the watch face?

We sell a variety of watches and the faces range from 36mm to 45mm. You can find specific product details on the product page before purchasing.

Are your watches made for a specific gender?

All of our watches are designed to be unisex so that they will look great on the wrists of both men and women!

How do I know once my order has been shipped? Can I track it?

Once your order has been processed and is ready for shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation to the email address provided. This will include a tracking number, allowing you to follow the progress of the delivery.

How long will my order take to arrive?

If you are in the Domestic US, the order should arrive in just 2-5 business days when you selected “Express Shipping” and 7-14 business days if you select the regular shipping option. If you are having the order engraved, please allow an additional 1-2 days for delivery as we have to customize the product.

Do you offer international shipping on your orders?

We ship to over 150 countries worldwide at an affordable rate! As you place your order, your International Shipping costs will automatically be calculated on the checkout screen.

How long does international shipping take?

For orders shipped to Canada, your products will arrive between 5-10 business days after ordering. For orders shipped internationally, your products will arrive between 5-14 business days after ordering, depending on your location.

How long does it take to ship my order once I have paid?

Our orders are generally shipped 1-2 business days after processing, but can vary based on the products selected, customization and the demand.

Can I have different engravings on different products?

Of course! When you need additional engravings, just add the information in the “Notes” section of the checkout page to clearly advise which wording goes on each product.

Can I return customized products (ie. watches with engraving on them)?

Unfortunately, we cannot return or exchange personalized items as they are specific to the individual that ordered them.

Do you offer a guarantee or warranty on your products?

We believe in the high quality of our products, which is why we provide a 12 month warranty on all orders.

How can I return or exchange my item if I need to?

Simply visit the “Returns and Exchanges” page to receive all information on how our fast and easy return system works!

Do I need to pay for the shipping when returning an item?

If you are exchanging a product, we will pay for the shipping to receive your originally purchased item back! However, if you are simply returning it, then we do not pay for the shipping services.

Am I able to use multiple discount codes for my orders?

Sorry, but you can only use one discount code or coupon per order.

Can I use a discount code on already discounted products?

Sorry, but if a product is already marked down then we do not accept discount codes on that particular item. I have placed an order but did not receive a confirmation email yet… Once you have placed your order, you should immediately receive the confirmation email. If you cannot find it in your inbox, please check your Spam or Junk folder to ensure it has not been misdirected. If you still cannot find it, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to help!

How long does my return take to be processed?

Once you begin the return procedure, it should take between 5-7 business days for it to be processed. Once we receive your product, we will send you a confirmation email immediately.
