All products that are returned or exchanged must be IN NEW OR UNUSED CONDITION in order for us to accept them. If a product is defective due to a manufacturer error, we will replace it free of charge.
We pride ourselves in offering high quality goods that satisfy all clients. If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with the product you have received, you can return it for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the order.
Exchange and Store Credit
If you are not satisfied with your product and would like an exchange or to receive store credit, you can return your order within 30 days to receive store credit.
